By accessing or using Workzo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Our Services

Workzo provides an AI-powered marketplace connecting clients with freelancers. We facilitate project scoping, talent matching, contract management, and secure milestone-based payments. We are not a party to any agreement between clients and freelancers.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Workzo.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Circumvent Workzo's payment systems to transact off-platform
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Workzo are owned by Workzo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Work product created by freelancers for clients is governed by the individual project contract.

Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees will be disclosed before any transaction is completed. Workzo reserves the right to update its fee structure with reasonable notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also close your account at any time.

Workzo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any work performed by freelancers on the platform.
