New and updated documents are processed in the background before they can be searched. This usually finishes within a minute.
Check the document state
A newly added or changed document must finish background processing before project chat can retrieve it.
- Confirm that the document is attached to the intended project.
- Check that document processing has completed.
- Ask the question again after the source becomes available.
